A.-L. Breguet's historic invention, the tourbillon regulator, was patented in 1801. This device was conceived to compensate for the errors in rate caused by the constant changes in the watch's position. It consists of mounting the escapement and sprung balance in a mobile carriage which rotates on itself with utter regularity. 1) Fantastic Bargain - I actually first saw this watch at a neat little store in Luxembourg, as I was refilling my ruby-encrusted helicopter with gasoline made out of unicorn tears. I passed it by, thinking nothing of it, but as I landed on the solid gold helipad of my fourteen-story chateau, it got me thinking: What am I missing in my life? 1) It works great as a pillow and if you need to reach ... - Fist off I just wanna say the free shipping really lured me in. Second when i went and sold my house and my car all I could think about how much of a deal I was getting I mean 62k for a watch if that's not a steal I don't know what is. 2) VERY NICE WATCH - A couple weeks ago I received a check for $63,000. I was in the market for a watch. So I bought this watch, looks really nice and has very nice build quality etc. Then, with the other $600 I bought a $550 safe to keep my watch safe. With the last $50 I bought a Timex for $30 and a decent dinner at my local diner. Got so many complements on my new watch while eating that I realized I should go home and sell my other watch because the Timex is all you need.
