SOME OF THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS WATCH SAMPLE  :

1) I have had this watch for 4 years and have ... - I have had this watch for 4 years and have sent it in for MAJOR repair 4 times. The main issue is the fact that the Calipre Reading Scale mechanism literally scratches the dial. You would think this would fall under manufacturing defects...

Tag Heuer is an incredibly difficult company to deal with with relation to manufacturing defects. They do not stand behind their products as soon as they hit the 2 year warranty cycle. Tag farms out their customer service to a third party - LVMH - and this company is not interested in improving your experience. Most other companies would have recognized that this particular timepiece is a lemon and replaced it. Tag refuses to and now refuses to repair manufacturing defects with the watch because it is outside of the warranty.

Save yourself the money and potential headache. DO NOT buy Tag Heuer.

2) Tag Heuer Grand Carrera - I owned a Tag before this one and they are just great watches. I have had this Caliber 36 watch for about 3 weeks now and it still amuses me. For the money, it should and does keep good time. I have realized i am not a fan of the seconds rotating scale, it is tough to tell what exact second you are on when the stop watch is not running. However very stylish and classy looking. The chronograph second hand sweeps very well and the scales are pretty easy to read. The cote de geneve on the bar that connects the 6 and 3 is pretty decorative.

The vernier scale for the .1 second is pretty neat, though I do not know when I would ever need to use it. Nicely engineered piece.
